aka That Strange Desire to Love. Brother Marco (Chris Borromeo) and younger sister Angela (Marina Giordana) are 2 orphan siblings living together in their huge countryside mansion. Their relationship is much closer than the normal brotherly sisterly love that one would expect. The family's groundskeeper is a huge man named Rocco who does the heavy chores around the house. One day an art teacher Claudia (Beba Loncar) arrives at the village looking for a place to stay. The village priest recommends Claudia to stay at Marco's mansion thinking that Claudia's presence could reduce the loneliness of Marco and Angela. However, as time goes by, Marco becomes attracted to Claudia and an affair ensues between them. Jealous sister Angela is determined to end their relationship and Angela uses Rocco to do her bidding. This love triangle ends in a tragedy.
