The Italian Consul to Haiti is the boss of a drug trafficking ring which consists of Steve, Steve's wife Iris, Eva, Elizabeth and Frank. The drug is transported by a courier who travels by air from Haiti to Hong Kong which is the distribution centre of the Far East. After Iris who is the regular courier is found dead from a heroin overdose, the Consul selects Eva to be the new courier. Iris was the Consul's reluctant mistress before she died. Iris was also the lesbian lover of Eva. Eva now wants to find out who is responsible for Iris' death. At the request from the Consul, Eva seduces a female American journalist Ellen Powell who is investigating the drug traffic flows into Hong Kong. Eva and Ellen become lesbian lovers and the 2 of them discover who has been killing Iris and Elizabeth. Ellen becomes a victim of a poisonous snake bite and Eva races against time to hunt down the killer.
