Robert is a sexual predator who likes to torment and terrorize women by making obscene phone calls to them. He is particularly obsessed with his next door neighbour, a beautiful married woman named Carol after seeing her making love to her husband Lloyd through his window. When Carol's husband is not around, Robert sets up a plan to trap Carol and he succeeds.
